We coordinate with the CPA and payroll team to confirm employee classification, payroll setup, and the information needed for the employee census.

Typically involved: Owner(s) + CPA + payroll contact + advisor

Step3

Plan Design & Proposal

We review plan options, estimated costs, contribution choices, and the structure that best fits the business.

Typically involved: Owner(s) + advisor + provider / TPA

Step4

Implementation

Once the plan is approved, the paperwork, plan documents, payroll connection, and account setup begin.

Typically involved: Provider / TPA + payroll team + owner(s) + advisor

Step5

Employee Launch / Enrollment

Employees are introduced to the plan, shown how it works, and guided through enrollment.

Typically involved: Employees + advisor + provider

Step6

Ongoing Service

The plan is reviewed over time through education, participation support, and ongoing service meetings.

Typically involved: Owner(s) + advisor + provider
